Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the Buyer is responsible for any loss in value up to and including the full purchase price.
Returns and exchange details
Please contact me or email me if you have any problems, and I will do my very best to work with you. Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Original shipping fees will not be refunded. Item must be received in the same condition it was shipped to receive a refund of the purchase price or, in the event of proven error on our part, a product replacement. (If a replacement is warranted, it will not be changed, altered, or added to anything beyond the final design accepted by the Buyer through our finalizing communication. A return label will be sent to you; all you need to do is send it back. Returned items must be shipped via USPS first-class mail with delivery confirmation. I reserve the right to refuse any refund if the item is not shipped back as requested.
